Living the Vision
This LGT Firm initiative is intended to promote two primary behaviors. First and foremost is to provide a way for people throughout the Firm to be recognized at any time throughout the year, for exemplifying the behaviors that are critical to LGT’s continued success. The fact that the nomination process is on-going means that it is not a quarterly event, thus allowing a better way for employees to be able to capture and document their performance throughout the year as opposed to the traditional “month” prior to their annual review. Secondly, those nominations that are deemed “above and beyond” the ordinary will be recognized at the Quarterly Staff Meetings, where one or more nominees will be highlighted and receive LGT’s prized “Living the Vision” Award.
January Winner: Neal Gibbs
Neal took on the extra tasks that were left behind by a former employee. He put in extra time without hesitation until a replacement was found. He spent time to train his replacement in his new role and they are now working together to run the A/R tasks for the Firm. Thank you Neal for your commitment and great attitude during this time!
February Winner: Kevin Warneke
Kevin has been a great team player, business developer, and overall great person to work with. He has been dedicating his time to help get the healthcare consulting practice going. He is always lending a helping hand where ever there is a need. Thank you Kevin for your hard work, dedication, and loyalty to LGT!
March Winner: Erica Ratliff
Erica stepped up and completed tasks that were not budgeted for her, worked long weekend hours, and kept a great attitude throughout the entire engagement. Erica also dedicated many hours to help with the recruiting efforts at UTD and Baylor. Thank you Erica for your dedication to LGT!
