Held at the Dragonfly restaurant in Hotel ZaZa, the seminar will offer presentations that cover 403(b) Plan update, Reporting of related parties and related schedules for your 990, Reporting of compensation on your 990 Part VII and Discussion of reporting requirements for Miscellaneous Supplemental Schedules and Changes for 2009. DFW’s Premier Construction Industry CPE November 5-6, 2009    I    LGT Uptown Dallas Office  

The trusted advisors at LGT’s Construction Niche were pleased to offer this invaluable training focused on accounting for this specialized industry to all of our construction industry clients and friends. The course provided participants with 16 hours of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credit spread out over two days. State & Local Tax, Texas Legislative Update May 20, 2009   I   Cityplace Conference Center Dallas

On May 20, 2009 LGT held its Spring SALT Forum. Featuring speaker Dale Craymer, Chief Economist for the Texas Taxpayers and Research Association, the event was a resounding success. Dale provided the attendees with valuable insights into the intricacies of many of the new tax laws currently being debated and voted upon in the state legislature.
