Our Business Advisory team is led by one of our partners, Tom Peralta. He had previously served as LP2 Partners’ co-managing partner. Tom formerly shared leadership of a prominent accounting firm’s restructuring practice. Tom has 30 years of experience, and his depth of knowledge spans financial and operational management, turnarounds, mergers & acquisitions, and restructuring. He’s held CEO, COO, CFO, and other positions at a number of different businesses, many of which involved restructuring and turnaround scenarios. Tom has served in a variety of different sectors, including but not limited to utilities, computer software and hardware, plastic injection molding production, chemical distribution, contract manufacturing, retail, payroll, and insurance.
