What is the Controllers' Roundtable?

Your accounting office keeps the dealership running. Tax rules shift, factory requirements change, and your DMS gets another update. Staying current is part of the job, but it's hard to do from behind a desk.

That's why LGT hosts the Controllers' Roundtable (CRT). Twice a year, dealership controllers, CFOs, and dealers from across the country spend two days together in Texas. Industry speakers cover the issues hitting dealerships right now, and you earn 12 hours of CPE along the way.

With 50 to 60 attendees, the room stays small enough for real conversation. Some of the best takeaways happen between sessions.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND THE CONTROLLERS' ROUNDTABLE?

CRT is built for dealership controllers, CFOs, and office managers. If you run or oversee a dealership accounting office, you're in the right room.
HOW MANY CPE HOURS WILL I EARN?

Each event offers 12 hours of CPE over two days. LGT is registered with NASBA as a sponsor of continuing professional education. You'll receive a certificate after the event.
WHAT DOES IT COST TO ATTEND? Registration is $375 per person for each event. Planning to attend two events in one year? A duo ticket covers both for $685.
WHEN DOES REGISTRATION OPEN? Registration for each event typically opens six months before it starts. Sign up for event updates and we'll email you as soon as it's live.
WHERE ARE THE 2027 EVENTS HELD?

The 44th Roundtable is June 17 to 18, 2027, at Hotel Zaza in Austin. The 45th is October 21 to 22, 2027, at Mokara Hotel and Spa in San Antonio.
IS THERE A HOTEL ROOM BLOCK? Yes. We reserve a discounted room block at each venue. Booking details and the cutoff date are shared with your registration confirmation. 
DO I NEED TO BE AN LGT CLIENT TO ATTEND? No. CRT is open to anyone working in dealership accounting and finance, whether or not you work with LGT. 
WHAT TOPICS ARE COVERED? Agendas focus on what's affecting dealerships right now, including tax, operations, compliance, and technology. Sessions are led by industry speakers with deep dealership experience. The full agenda is posted when registration opens.
